Peanut Oil sunflower seed Oil Production Project
800t/d peanut deep-processing production line is designed by Shandong Chemsta Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and is responsible for processing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning for the equipment of the production line. The whole production line adopts full automatic control system. It took only 8 months to complete the project creation, design, construction and other work, and successfully achieved a one-time trial run, which effectively matches the expected goals of LongDa Group for implementing of the project , that is "Start and put into production in the same year".
The preliminary program demonstration of the project give full play to the advantages of "production, learning, and research". It has received strong support and cooperation from Wuhan Polytechnic University, Henan University of Technology, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Shandong Longda VEGETABLE Oil Co., Ltd.. It has passed many discussions, demonstrations and optimizations, laying the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
This project is the third cooperation between Shandong Longda Foodstuff Group Co., Ltd and Shandong Chemsta Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. following Shandong Longda (Liaocheng) Vegetable Oil Co., Ltd. and Yantai Longyuan Oil Food Co., Ltd.
